Submission of Materials

Text Submissions
      Henceforth, all written news articles, feature stories, audition results,
      and other material must be submitted in digital format.  Handwritten or
      typed submissions will not be used in the magazine.     

Format
      The magazine will be produced on Macintosh computers.  The preferred
      method of submitting material is as e-mail attachments using any word
      processor (from either Mac or PC), or pasted into an e-mail.  Floppy disks
      can also be sent directly to the editor or associate editor.  Do not be
      concerned with elaborate formatting!  This will be done by the editorial
      staff.     

Graphics
      Submit photos to the editor through regular mail or digitally.  All print
      photos used in the magazine will be scanned by our graphic designer at
      Iowa State using a high quality scanner.  Either black and white or color
      photos are acceptable.  We will do our best to return them as soon as
      possible.
 
Cover
      We encourage you to submit material for possible future covers.  Items to
      consider might be artwork by your students or yourself, or particularly
      effective photos.
